摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对影响普通高校大学生体质健康发展的诸多相关制约因素进行研究和分析,从个体、心理和社会多重视角着眼,旨在探寻促进大学生体质健康提高的途径和方法。结果表明,学生对健康概念的认知水平存在差异;每周锻炼次数较少,每次锻炼时间明显不足;学生体育锻炼态度和参与动机需要进一步提高;注重培养学生参与体育锻炼的情感体验;朋友同学和老师对于学生参与体育锻炼具有一定作用的影响;学校体育需要坚守提高学生体质健康的重任;手机和电脑网络游戏是影响学生体质下降的重要因素。
Using methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the effect factors of the development of college students' physical health, explores on the methods to improve college students' physical health from individual, psychological and social view angles. The results show that there are differences between students' cognitive level of health concept; exercise time per week is fewer and exercise time is obvious inadequate; students' physical exercise attitude and participation motivation need to be further improved; training students' emotional experience of doing physical exercise should be paid attention to; friends, classmates and teachers have certain impacts on students doing physical exercise; school PE need to stick to the responsibility of improving students' physical health; mobile phone and computer network game are the important factors affecting students' physical deterioration.
