摘要
目的探讨加强护患沟通技能培训的临床意义。方法选取本院护理部低年资护士50例,对其进行护患沟通技能培训,观察培训效果。结果培训后,护士的护患沟通能力评分显著增加(P<0.05),护士对护患沟通培训的主观评价较高;患者对护士护患沟通技巧的满意度显著优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论加强护患沟通技巧培训,可取得良好的收益,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the improvement of nurse - pa- tient communication skill training. Methods A total of 50 junior nurses in nursing department were selected. They received the nurse - patient communication skill training and the training effect was observed. Results After training, the score of nurse - patient communication ability was sig- nificantly improved（P〈 0.05）; The nurses had a higher subjective evaluation on the training; The patient＇s satisfaction on the nurse- patient communication was significantly higher than before（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of nurse- patient communication skill training is able to achieve a favorable effect. So it is worthy of promotion.
