摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷缓解骨质疏松性疼痛的护理效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的原发性骨质疏松性腰背疼痛患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用穴位贴敷疗法,对比2组患者疼痛缓解情况。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛缓解时间显著短于对照组,且观察组的疼痛积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷能够有效缓解骨质疏松患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the nursing effect of acupoint applied in reliving the pain of osteoporosis. Method A total of 62 patients with back and lumbago pain of primary osteoporosis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing and observation group adopted acupoint application therapy. The pain relief of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the time of pain relief in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion The acupoint application can efficiently relieve the pain of osteoporosis. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
