摘要
目的探讨非体外循环房间隔及室间隔封堵术的护理配合技巧。方法对5例行非体外循环房间隔及室间隔封堵术的患者做好术前访视,同时积极与手术医生沟通,准备术中所需物品及器械,做好术中配合。结果本组患者手术过程顺利,无手术死亡者。结论全面的术前访视、充分的物品准备、熟练的手术配合、必要的应急措施,是保证微创非体外循环房间隔及室间隔封堵术顺利进行的关键。
Objective To explore nursing cooperation of interatrial septum and the interven- tricular septum closure under minimally invasive non extraeorporeal circulation therapy. Methods Preoperative visit was carried out for 5 patients with interatrial septum and the interventricular septum closure under minimally invasive non extracorporeal circulation therapy. And perioperative coordination was carried out including communicating actively with surgical doctors and preparing required items and equipment for operation in advance. Results The surgery was successful without operative dead patients. Conclusion Preoperative visit, item preparation, skilled operative cooperation and necessa- ry emergency measures are the key to make sure the smooth of operation.
