摘要
本文对3例尤文氏肉瘤(2例发生于骨内,1例发生于软组织内)的光镜及电镜对比观察,着重探讨此瘤瘤细胞的超微结构特点与光镜下所见之间的关系以及间质的超微结构特点,就此瘤的病理诊断等问题进行了讨论。
3 cases of Ewing’s sarcoma, including 1 cases of extraskeletal Ewing’s sarcoma, were observed by LM and EM. We especially emphasized the relationship between the features of tumor cells observed by LM and those by EM. The author also discovered the fibrous long-spacing collagen fibril in all 3 cases, and some irregular dense, amorphous naterials in 2 ca-ses arising from bone in extracelllular space.
