摘要
目的观察中药清热活血消肿方熏洗治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将200例Ⅱ-Ⅳ期混合痔Milligan-Morgan术后患者随机分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（100例）,治疗组术后给予清热活血消肿方熏洗治疗,对照组给予痔疾洗液熏洗治疗;观察2组患者用药前1天及用药第1、3、5、7天创面疼痛、出血、水肿、渗液等情况,并对药物临床疗效及安全性指标进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率96%高于对照组89%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且术后并发症的疗效优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）,用药期间无皮肤刺激致敏作用。结论清热活血消肿方熏洗治疗能明显改善混合痔术后症状,加速伤口愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of QingRe Huo Xue Xiao Zhong fang in healing the wounds after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods The 200 cases of Ⅱ-Ⅳ Milligan-Morgan mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 100 cases） and control group（ 100 cases）,the treatment group were given QingRe Huo Xue Xiao Zhong fang,the control group was given Fumigation treatment of hemorrhoids lotion; were observed before treatment and medication 1,3,5,7-day wound pain,hemorrhage,edema,exudate,etc.,and evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of drug targets. Results Treatment group（ 96%） of the total effective rate than the control group（ 89%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the efficacy of postoperative complications than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significance（ P〈0. 05）,Healing time is shorter than the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）,no skin irritation during the treatment sensitization. Conclusion Fumigation heat treatment of qing re huo xue xiao zhong fang mixed hemorrhoid surgery can significantly improve symptoms,accelerate wound healing.
