儿童变应性支气管肺曲霉病一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿女,11岁,因＂咳嗽、咳痰3个月余,喘息近1个月＂入院.于2013年6月无明显诱因出现高热,最高达40℃,伴咳嗽、咳白色黏痰,无寒战、惊厥、喘息、胸痛、呕吐、腹泻等不适,遂前往当地医院给予阿奇霉素抗感染治疗15 d,体温正常,但仍有咳嗽、咳痰,遂转入武汉市儿童医院住院治疗16 d,住院期间多次查胸部CT提示大叶性肺炎改变,抗感染治疗后病情好转后出院.
