摘要
有研究表明外来化合物可诱发膀胱癌 ,但其机制尚不清楚。本文概述了与膀胱癌相关的一些外来化合物及其致癌机理 ,并从外来化合物诱发膀胱癌的癌基因、肿瘤抑制基因及机体状态等细胞分子生物学方面进行综述。
Studies showed that xenobiotics could induce bladder cancer,but its mechanism was still not so clear.This article summarizes some xenobiotics related to bladder cancer and their possible carcinogenic mechanism,and reviews cell and molecular biology of oncogene and tumor suppressor gene related to xenobiotics induced bladder cancer and their health status of workers exposed to xenobiotics.
