摘要
患者女,5岁。右下肢红斑5年伴反复便血1年。皮肤科情况:右侧臀部、下肢外侧和足背见大片紫红斑片,局部浅表静脉扩张明显,可见红褐色及紫黑色小丘疹;右下肢较左下肢略粗。MRI示:右下肢静脉发育畸形,浅静脉增粗、卷曲、不规则;肠镜检查示:直肠静脉曲张。诊断:Klippel-Trenaunay综合征并下消化道出血。
A 5-year-old girl presented with erythemas on her right leg since she was born, and multiple episodes of bloody stool for 1 year. Physical examination showed large port-wine stains with red-brown orpurple-colored papules on her buttock, lower limb and dorsal foot. Localized varicose veins were also seen. Her right lower leg was thicker than the left one. MRI showed venous abnormalities including venous malformation, irregular form,thickened superficial veins,andcurly veins on the right leg. Colonoscopy demonstrated rectalvenous ec- tasia. She was diagnosed as Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome with lower gastrointestinal bleeding.
