摘要
设计了一种防眩光LED工矿灯,在工矿灯中加入漏斗形自由曲面反光件,优化工件外表面的形状使灯杯内壁照度变均匀,大大降低工矿灯的眩光值。通过Solid Works建模、TracePro模拟计算分析,优化后的眩光值由52.8降为24,能够满足各类体育照明的要求。从人眼视觉角度分析设计结果,优化前人眼直接看到极亮的LED芯片且灯杯内壁均匀度只有0.383,优化后人眼看不到LED芯片只能看到灯杯内壁,其照度均匀度达0.824,平均照度值也大大降低,人眼可以直视灯具而不刺眼。与现有灯具比较,防眩光优势突出,市场前景广阔。
A kind of anti-glare LED mining lamp is designed, by adding a infundibular free-form surface reflector into it. The workpiece surface is optimized to make the inner surface uniform. It greatly reduces the glare value of the mining lamp. With Solid Works modeling and Trace Pro simulation analysis, the glare value is reduced from 52.8to 24, which can meet the requirements of all kinds of sports lighting. Further analysis of the results from the visual of human eye shows that, it can see the very bright LED chips and the illumination uniformity of the inner surface is only 0.383 before optimization. It is very dazzling and may cause eyes damage when staring. After optimization,only the inner surface but not the LED chips can be seen, its illumination uniformity is up to 0.824 and the average illumination value is also greatly reduced, the human eyes can look directly at the lamp without glare. Its anti-glare advantage is outstanding when compared with the existing lamps, and has a broad market prospect.
