摘要
目的实施指印鉴定能力验证有利于科学、客观地考察和评价从事指印鉴定的鉴定机构(或鉴定人)技术能力和水平。方法概述了2015年度CNAS 2015Z0059指印能力验证项目从样品制作到返回结果评价过程。结果使参与者了解本次指印能力验证的评价方法、评价的总体结果。结论阐明了通过本次指印能力验证的关键技术要点,以及在制作指印鉴定意见书时,期待改正的普遍性问题,以保持司法鉴定意见文书的一致性和可比性。
This paper reviewed the 2015 CNAS 2015Z0059 fingerprint identification proficiency test from sample preparation to result evaluation. The evaluation method and the overall results were introduced. The critical technical points in this proficiency test and the common problems of returned reports, which were expected to be improved in the future,were analzyed and elaborated, so that to maintain the consistency and comparability of forensic results.
