摘要
目的探索电解法显现冲压形成的铝质发动机号码的最优电解液配方以及最佳电压。方法在废弃的铝质发动机上打制实验号码后,挫磨掉实验号码,分别选择15%的盐酸、10%的Na OH溶液、盐酸和三氯化铁溶液等三种电解液,在不同电压下进行显现实验,比较显现效果,得出最佳显现电压。结果三种配比的电解液均得出了最佳显现电压组合。结论三种电解液均在10V电压下,显出效果最好;比较三种电解液的显现效果,发现Na OH溶液组合显现速度快,无污染,盐酸、三氯化铁溶液组合显出号码反差大。
Objective To explore the optimal electrolyte formula and the best voltage for developing the aluminum engine number. Method The experiment numbers on the discarded aluminum engines were worn off. Different proportion and voltages of three kinds of electrolytes, 15% hydrochloric acid, 10% sodium hydroxide solution and hydrochloric acid-ferric chloride solution,were tested to get the optimal formulas and voltages. Results The optimal parameters for all three kinds of electrolytes were acquired. Conclusion The optimal volatage for all three kinds of electrolytes was 10 k V. Among the three electrolytes, 10% sodium hydroxide solution developed most fast and was enviroment-friendly. And the number developed by hydrochloric acid-ferric chloride solution gave the most strong contrast.
