摘要
针对液体火箭发动机燃烧状态监测,采用基于Matlab平台开发的红外图像特征参数计算程序进行分析。通过Canny算子和边缘模式算法对燃气红外图像进行边缘检测、连接,利用选取特定区域的燃气面积、周长、灰度熵及第1马赫盘位臵等特征参数来监测发动机燃烧状态,最后提出一种图像特征参数对燃烧工况的识别方法,为发动机燃烧状态监测提供新的测量手段和思路。
Infrared image characteristic parameters calculation developed on the basis of Matlab platform are used to analyze the combustion state monitoring results of liquid rocket engine. Canny operator and edge model algorithm are used for gas infrared image edge detection and connection. Some parameters such as gas area, perimeter, gray entropy and Mach disk position of a particular gas area are selected to monitor engine combustion state. Finally, an identification method of combustion conditions is proposed, which provides a new measurement method for engine combustion state monitoring.
