摘要
非单向流洁净室需供给足够的通风量,以维持洁净室所要求的洁净度,因此通风量的合理确定是设计工作的重要环节。目前国内常见的理论计算式中虽然包括了一些相关制约因素,可以作为定性分析的参考,但在实际工程中往往难于运用,特别是以国内常见的理论计算式为依据来否定早期国外学者所推导的较为简约的理论式,更有欠妥当。通过一些例题分析试对相关问题进行了讨论。
Sufficient ventilation air volume supply is essential for the maintenance of the cleanliness in non-unidirectional airflow cleanroom.Therefore calculation of the volume of ventilation air supply is one of the key points in cleanroom design.Although the theoretical formulas currently at home have already had relative constraints concerned and can be the reference of qualitative analysis,they are usually difficult to be applied in practical engineering contracts.The denial of the concise formula derivated by early foreign scholars based on domestic formula is especially non-appropriate.In this paper,some relative issues are discussed through examples.
