动态增强磁共振成像在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 动态增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast enhanced MRI,DCE-MRI)是通过静脉注射小分子顺磁性对比剂无创地评价组织血流灌注、渗透性等血管特性的功能性成像方法,目前主要应用于诊断及鉴别诊断全身多系统良恶性病变、动态监测肿瘤放化疗治疗效果、评估肿瘤抗血管生成治疗的疗效等方面[1]。在本研究中笔者主要对DCE-MRI原理及其在肿瘤诊断、治疗中的应用作一综述。
