摘要
安全带的配置和参数是影响安全带性能的主要因素。本文利用MADYMO仿真分析工具,得出了某车型在正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞中预紧器的点火时刻、限力器的限力值对约束系统性能、前排假人运动响应和伤害值的影响。同时利用正交试验设计法和极差分析法,优化了某车型的安全带配置和参数。通过整车碰撞试验验证优化后的配置和参数,试验结果表明,优化后前排假人各部位的伤害值不同程度地降低,主驾假人的WIC减小了5.42%,乘客假人的WIC减小了39.07%,约束系统的整体性能得到了有效的提升。
The configuration and parameters of a safety belt are the main factors affecting product performance. Using MADYMO simulation analysis, we have obtained the influence of the pretensioner fire time, the limit value of load limiter on safety belt protecting performance and the kinematic response and injury value of frontal-row dummy in the frontal impact test against rigid barrier with 100% overlapping. In this paper, orthogonal experimental design method and range analysis method have been applied to optimize the configuration and parameters of the safety belt and the optimization results have been tested by a crash test. The results showed that the injury value of frontal-row dummy reduced in different degrees, the WlC of driver dummy declined by 5.42% and the WlC of passenger dummy declined by 39.07%, the overall performance of the restraint system has been effectively improved.
