摘要
农业科研院所党支部是农业科研院所党组织的重要组成部分,加强党支部建设对于推进农业科研院所科技创新工作具有十分重要的意义。文章基于农业部环境保护科研监测所实施科技创新工程以来加强党支部建设的工作实践,分析了加强农业科研院所党支部建设的重要性,提出了创新党支部设置模式、创新党支部工作方式方法和完善党支部的制度建设等加强农业科研院所党支部建设的对策。
Party branch of agricultural scientific research institutes is an important part of the party organization. To strengthen the construction of the party branch is of great significance to promote science and technology innovation of agricultural scientific research institutes. Taking the Agricultural Environmental Protection Institute, Ministry of Agriculture for example, based on its work practice of strengthening construction of the party branch since the implementation of the science and technology innovation project, the importance of party branch building of agricultural scientific research institutes was analyzed in the paper. From innovation of the party branch building mode, innovation of the party branch work methods and perfection of the party branch′s regulatory framework, countermeasures to strengthen the construction of party branch of agricultural research institutes were put forward.
