摘要
本文从利益相关者理论的视角出发,以具体高职院校为例,采用层次分析法得出学校(管理者)、教师、学生、企业、政府五个主要利益方在主动性、重要性和紧急性三个维度上的权重,并提出促进和完善职业教育教学改革的政策建议。
Starting from the perspective of stakeholder,with certain vocational colleges as example and using AHP,this paper obtains the weights of school( administrators),teachers,students,business and government on the three dimensions of the initiative,the importance and the urgency,puts forward suggestions on promoting and perfecting the teaching reform of vocational education.
