摘要
煤矿安全度是诸多因素综合作用的结果,是某一阶段煤矿安全状况的综合反映。受诸多复杂因素影响,国内煤炭的产出不时地会以付出一定量的事故作为代价。因此,结合数据包络分析(DEA)的原理视煤矿的事故作为获得原煤产出的特殊生产要素,构建模型来分析区域煤矿的安全度是可行的。以河南省煤矿为例,对其近5年的相对安全度进行了分析,分析的结果与河南省近年来的煤矿总体安全状况相符,说明模型具有较好的适用性,对区域煤矿的安全管理具有指导意义。
Coal mines' safety degree is influenced by complex factors,and it can reflect the integrated condition of safety in some period. Affected by many complex conditions,the output of coal in China is often at the cost of accidents for intricate factors,so the accidents of coal mines can be considered the special production factors with the theory of data envelopment analysis( DEA),and it is feasible to analyze the safety degree of coal mines by DEA. This paper discussed the relative safety degree of coal mines in Henan province from the year 2008 to 2012 according to the data of accidents and production by DEA. The results showed the actual safety level of coal mines in Henan province,which has showed the feasibility of the built model in this paper. All this have guiding significance for the regional coal mines' safety management.
