摘要
文章界定了移动图书馆用户行为的内涵,对移动图书馆用户行为研究的研究方法、研究内容进行回顾,重点分析主要内容,包括采纳行为、使用行为和持续使用行为,并在此基础上提出未来的研究应该综合采用多种方法和技术,拓宽研究范围,如研究用户更为细化的行为等,关注用户行为的整体性和连续性。
This article defines the connotation of mobile library user behavior,and provides a review on research methods and contents of mobile library user behavior study, with special emphasis on the main contents, including adoption behavior,usage behavior and continuance usage behavior. Based on the analysis, the article puts forward that future research should combine varieties of methods and techniques,broaden research field such as studying more refined user behavior,and focus on integrity and continuity of user behavior.
