摘要
介绍了马铃薯主粮战略的重要意义,分析马铃薯主粮化存在的问题及障碍,提出开拓马铃薯主粮化战略的思路,以期促进马铃薯主粮化实施。
This paper introduced the importance of Potato staple food strategy,and it analyzed the problems of potato staple food.At last,it proposed the development thinking, so as to promote the implementation of potato staple food.
