摘要
介绍沧州市城市积水概况,并以"8.31"暴雨过程为例,对暴雨过后造成的影响进行简要分析,并提出可能的减灾措施,以为城区防洪减灾提供依据。
This paper introduced the general situation of urban water accumulation in Cangzhou City, and took the ＂8.31 ＂rainstorm process as an example to analyze the impact of the rainstorm.At last, it put forward the possible disaster reduction measures, in order to provide the basis for the urban flood control and disaster reduction.
