腾冲县明光镇中缅边境森林火情特点及应对措施

摘要 分析了明光镇中缅边境森林火情的6个特点:时段性明显、火源管理困难、火情监测困难、蔓延速度快、扑救难度大、扑救费用高、火灾损失大。提出了5项应对措施:强化与缅甸方面的森林防火合作,建立联防机制;加大经济与科技的合作力度,预防森林火灾的发生;建设防火通道与遮荫型防火隔离带相结合的林火阻隔系统;加强林火监测体系建设;加强边境森林火灾扑救能力建设。
