摘要
基于人机工程学原理论述了汽车外后视野设计与分析方法,分析了影响后视野的后视镜尺寸和布置等因素。利用CATIA二次开发方法和VB编程语言,结合CATIA知识工程模块,开发了基于知识工程的汽车外后视镜设计分析系统,实现了后视野计算和分析的自动化。基于6种典型布置方案对系统的计算精度进行了验证。在此基础上,计算并统计了最佳视野时的后视镜角度和头部转角,建立了镜面最佳角度的预测模型,研究了镜面最佳角度随汽车驾驶室布置参数的变化规律。
Based on the principles of ergonomics, the design and analysis method of vehicle rear vision are discussed in this paper, and factors, i.e. rearview mirror size and packaging, etc., which affect the rear field of view of driver are analyzed. Based on CATIA secondary development techniques, CATIA knowledge engineering modules and VB programming language, a knowledge-based vehicle exterior mirror design analysis system is developed, and the automatic computation and analysis of rear field of view are realized. The system has been validated using six typical packaging plans.Using this system, the rearview mirror angle and head turning angles of best rear vision are calculated, and a prediction model of optimal rearview mirror packaging angles is established. The rule which the optimal angle of mirror changes with cab packaging data is studied.
