摘要
目的探讨小金丸对甲状腺功能正常甲状腺结节患者血清TSH水平及临床疗效的影响。方法收集收治的甲状腺功能正常甲状腺结节患者42例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各21例。对照组给予左旋甲状腺素片进行治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用小金丸。1个月为1疗程,治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后患者血清促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)水平,比较2组临床总有效率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗结束后2组患者FT3、FT4差异无统计学意义,对照组血清TSH水平显著降低(P<0.05),实验组血清TSH水平差异无统计学意义;与对照组相比,实验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论小金丸能够提高甲状腺功能正常甲状腺结节患者患者的临床疗效,且对甲状腺功能影响较小。
Objective To investigate the effect of xiaojin pills on serum TSH and clinical efficacy in normal thyroid function patients with thyroid nodules. Methods 42 thyroid function of normal thyroid nodules patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 21 cases in each group. The control group were treated by levothyroxine and the experiment group were treated on the basis of the control group with xiaojin pills. 1 months for 1 courses,3 courses of treatment. The TSH,FT3,FT4 and clinical total effective rate were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,there was no significant change in FT3 and FT4,the serum TSH level were lower in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,there was no difference in serum TSH level in the experiment group. Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate were higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xiaojin pills can improve the clinical effect normal thyroid function patients with thyroid nodules,and the effect on thyroid function is small.
