摘要
目的探讨透明质酸钠联合六味地黄丸对老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对血清CRP的影响。方法选取120例老年膝关节骨性关节患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组予透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射,观察组患者在对照组基础上口服六味地黄丸,连续治疗4周,比较2组患者治疗前后清CRP水平及治疗效果。结果治疗前2组CRP差异无统计学意义;治疗后对照组CRP为(7.34±0.93)mg/L高于观察组CRP为(5.14±0.53)mg/L,(P<0.05)。治疗前2组间IL-6、IL-18差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-18均较治疗前下降,对照组IL-6与治疗前无差别,IL-18较治疗前下降,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者总有效率为65.00%,观察组总有效率为81.67%(χ2=4.261,P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠联合六味地黄丸有助于降低老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者血清CRP水平,改善炎症反应,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on the level of serum CRP. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection,the observation group patients in the control group based on oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang pills,continuous treatment for 4weeks,two groups of patients before and after treatment of CRP level and the treatment effect were compared. Results Before treatment,CRP of two group had no difference; after treatment,CRP in the control group（ 7. 34 ± 0. 93） mg / L was higher than the observation group（ 5. 14 ± 0. 53） mg / L（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,IL-6,IL-18 between the two groups had no significant difference,after treatmen,IL-6,IL-18 were decreased in the observation group compared with that before treatment,the IL-6 in control group had no difference compared with that before treatment and IL-18 decreased compared with before treatment,which between the two groups has significant difference. After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 65. 00%,which was lower than the total effective rate in the observation group（ 81. 67%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills helps to reduce serum CRP level of the patients with elderly knee osteoarthritis,improve the inflammatory reaction and the curative effect.
