摘要
目的观察通心降脂滴丸对犬冠脉结扎致心肌缺血的保护作用。方法取25只健康Beagle犬,雌雄兼用,按体重随机分为假手术组、缺血模型组、复方丹参滴丸组(阳性对照组),通心降脂滴丸低、高剂量组,每组5只。采用冠脉结扎方法造成Beagle犬急性心肌缺血,研究通心降脂滴丸对心肌缺血后心肌缺血范围(N-ST)、心肌缺血程度(Σ-ST)和血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果与缺血模型组比较,通心降脂滴丸组显著降低N-ST、Σ-ST,抑制LDH、CK释放,减少MDA含量而提高SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论通心降脂滴丸对缺血心肌具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills on myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation in Beagle dogs. Methods Totally 25 Beagle dogs were randomly divided into sham operation group,ischemia model group,compound danshen dropping pills group( positive control group),low dose Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills group and high dose Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills group,5dogs in each group. The ischemic model was made by occluding the anterior descending of the left artery in Beagle dogs,then the areas of the myocardial ischemia and the degree of the myocardial ischemia were calculated. At the same time,the activity of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),creatine kinase( CK),levels of the superoxide dismutase( SOD) and malondialdehyde( MDA) content in serum and myocardial tissue were measured. All of them were used to evaluate the protective effects of Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills on myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation in Beagle dogs.Results Compared with the ischemia model group,the Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills groups showed obvious reduction in Σ-ST,N-ST and notable inhibition in LDH and CK release. Moreover,the MDA content was markedly reduced and the activity of SOD was significantly promoted( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Tongxin Jiangzhi dropping pills has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation in Beagle dogs.
