团队抗逆力对个体抗逆力的影响作用 被引量:3

Effect on Rescuer Resilience of Crisis Rescue Team Resilience in China

摘要 为探索突发危机事件中的救援团队抗逆力对个体抗逆力及心理健康的影响作用,研究者选取3家公安、武警单位进行调查,回收有效问卷285份,涉及42个危机救援团队。通过方差分析和中介回归分析,结果发现:团队抗逆力对个体抗逆力有正向影响作用,且个体抗逆力在团队抗逆力和个体心理健康之间具有完全的中介作用。这为今后从团队层面开展应急管理的相关实证研究和培训开发工作提供了理论依据。 In order to examine the relationship between team resilience and mental health of Chinese rescuer on nonconventional emergency, 285 rescuers from three organizations which involved forty-two teams completed the self-reported questionnaire. A variance analysis was used to explore the relationship between crisis rescue team resilience and rescuer resilience. Intermediary regression analysis checked the mediation effects of rescuer resilience between crisis rescue team resilience and mental health of rescuer. Results indicated that the team resilience had a positive effect on individual resilience. High team resilience could promote the individual resilience and mental health. The relationships between team resilience and individual mental health were mediated by the individual resilience. This provided a theoretic foundation for researching and training emergency management team in the future.
