摘要
本文报告自1985.4～1987.9所作鼻整形术34例,其中大部分为复合畸形,难度较大。将纯美容手术分为缩小性与增大性手术分别讨论,并讨论了鼻尖手术。此外,将兼有外鼻畸形与功能障碍者施以鼻中隔整形术,一次手术既改善通气又可获美容效果。
Thirty-four cases of rhinoplasty were analysed. It consisted of augmentation, reduction and tip surgery. It could be a pure aesthetic operation and might also a reconstruction of a “destroyed visage”. When the nose deformities were combined with the deviation of the septum, a septorhinoplasty should be done both for aesthetic and functional aims. The me-thod of rhinoplasty was described.
