摘要
在当前推动企业"走出去"的政策背景下研究外商直接投资如何影响企业对外直接投资,从理论上阐述了负向的国际化效应和正向的竞争效应,并进行实证检验。结果发现:当外商直接投资规模较小时会减少企业对外直接投资;只有当外商直接投资规模较大时才能促进企业对外直接投资,"引进来"才能推动"走出去"。最后,提出了在推行企业对外直接投资促进政策的同时也应推行外商直接投资引进政策,以更进一步促进对外直接投资。
Based on this background, this paper analyzes how FDI influence ODI, elaborates the negative internationalization effect and positive competition effect in theory, and makes empirical test. Result finds that FDI will reduce ODI when its scale is small; and only when its scale is large can increase ODI, ＂bring in＂ can push ＂go out＂ at that time. It means gov- ernment should both promote FDI and ODI at the same time, such measures can push ODI further.
