基于响应面法优化反渗透技术去除沼液COD研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章以COD去除率为评价指标,采用单因素试验及Box-Behnken响应面法,研究运行压力,pH值和系统沼液回收率对COD去除率的影响,确定反渗透技术去除沼液COD的最佳反应条件。结果表明:最优反应条件为运行压力5.60Mpa,pH值7.70,沼液回收率76.00%,COD的去除率可达97.51%。各参数对COD去除率影响主次顺序为pH值>沼液回收率>运行压力。运行压力和沼液回收率、运行压力和pH值,二者的交互作用均极显著,pH值和沼液回收率的交互作用显著。模型的p值小于0.0001,极显著,而失拟项的p值为0.5804大于0.05,不显著,说明模型拟合程度高,相关性很好,该试验可用于反渗透技术去除沼液COD研究。 Taking the COD removal efficiency as the response value, to optimize the reaction conditions of reverse osmosis technology for COD removal. Single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface method were adopted to investigate the effect of process operation pressure, pH value and recovery rate on the COD removal, and to find the best operation condi- tion for the reverse osmosis removing the COD from the biogas slurry. The results showed that the optimal conditions were: under the operation pressure of 5.60Mpa, the pH value of 7.70, and the slurry recovery rate of 76.00%, the removal rate of COD was up to 97.54%. The effecting order were pH 〉 recovery rate 〉 operating pressure. And the interaction effect of the operation pressure and the under recovery rate, the operation pressure and pH, were extremely significant, and the in- teraction effect of pH and the under recovery rate was significant. The p value of the model less than 0. 0001 meant very significant, but the lack of fit P values of the model was 0.5804 〉 0.05, indicating that the lack of fit was not significant. The model fitting degree was high and good correlation.
