摘要
本文报告2例甲状软骨成形及声带内移术治疗单侧声带麻痹性声嘶,并介绍手术方法,效果较满意。具有手术简单、损伤小、术后反应轻等优点。
This paper reported the experience of thyroplasty and medial fixation of vocal cord for unilateral paralytic dysphonis in 2 cases. The operative method was introduced and the result was generally satisfactory. The procedure had the advantages of being simple, less traumatic and carrying a less post-operative reaction.
