摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)和经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)联合应用诊断椎动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法选取经TCCS与CDFI两种方法联合诊断椎动脉血管狭窄患者101例,于检查1周内进行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,将2种诊断方法的检查结果进行对比分析。结果 CDFI+TCCS联合检出椎动脉开口处重度狭窄共84例,与DSA的符合率为98.8%;椎间段重度狭窄5例,与DSA的符合率为100%;颅内段重度狭窄12例,与DSA的符合率为92.3%。结论 TCCS和CDFI联合应用能够全面检测椎动脉颅内段和颅外段,对椎动脉狭窄诊断有高度敏感性和特异性,可以作为筛选椎动脉狭窄的主要方法。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in combination with transcranial color-coded sonography(TCCS) in vertebral artery stenosis.Methods 101 patients with vertebral artery stenosis proved by TCCS and CDFI were checked afterward with digital subtraction angiography(DSA) within one week since hospitalization,and then the coincidence rate of the two means was analyzed.Results CDFI+TCCS revealed severe stenosis at the opening of vertebral artery in 84 of 101 patients,5 at the intervertebral segment,and 12 at the intracranial segment,the coincidence rates with that of DSA were 98.8%,100% and 92.3%,respectively.Conclusions CDFI plus TCCS with high sensitivity and specificity may be used as a major method to detect stenosis of vertebral artery on both intra-and extra-cranial segments.
