摘要
目的:探索临床药师对支气管哮喘患者的药学监护,以促进临床合理用药分析。方法:选择哈密地区中心医院2014年9月间收治的1例支气管哮喘患者,对患者进行药学监护和合理用药分析。结果:药师根据支气管哮喘防治指南,结合掌握的药学知识、临床经验及患者实际情况制定有针对性的药学监护方案,可提高患者的临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,促进药物地合理应用。结论:临床药师根据患者的具体情况进行相应的药学监护,可以提高哮喘控制率,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care for the patient with bronchial asthma,so as to promote the analysis of clinical rational drug use. METHODS： One patient with bronchial asthma admitted into Hami Central Hospital in Sept. 2014 was selected to conducted the pharmaceutical care and analysis of rational drug use. RESULTS： According to the Guide for Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma,combined with pharmaceutical knowledge,clinical experience and the actual conditions of patient,the clinical pharmacists formulated a corresponding pharmaceutical care scheme which could improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote the rational drug use. CONCLUSIONS： The provision of corresponding pharmaceutical care according to the actual conditions of patient by clinical pharmacists can improve the asthma control rate and promote the rational drug use in clinic.
