摘要
目的:分析上海市嘉定区南翔医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂临床应用的现状,研究影响中药注射剂安全性的因素,指导临床合理使用中药注射剂。方法:监测我院2013-01-01—2013-12-31住院患者中药注射剂的使用情况,采用机械抽样法,即按照病历号顺序等距抽取100份病历,进行中药注射剂用药合理性评估。结果:100份病例中,发生药物不良反应1例(1%),与说明书明显不符的有5例(5%)。结论:我院中药注射剂在临床使用中存在的问题有日剂量超范围、溶剂选择不当、明显超适应证用药(依据说明书)。我院应加强监测和干预,严格按照说明书的规定,遵循中药注射剂组方特点合理用药,才能使中药注射剂安全有效地服务于患者。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the clinical application status of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Shanghai Jiading District Nanxiang Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,to study the safety factors that affected traditional Chinese medicine injections and guide the rational use in clinic. METHODS： The application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in inpatients from Jan. 1st,2013 to Dec. 31 ed 2013 were monitored.Mechanical sampling method was adopted,100 medical records were extracted with same intervals according to the medical record number; and then the application rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections were evaluated.RESULTS： Of 100 cases,there was 1 case（ 1%） with adverse drug reactions,and 5（ 5%） cases inconsistent with the instructions. CONCLUSIONS： The problems of traditional Chinese medicine injections existed during the clinical use were mainly over range of daily dose,improper selection of solvent and over indications of drug use（ according to instructions）. Therefore,our hospital should strengthen the monitoring and intervention,strictly in accordance with the regulations of the instructions,and follow the composing characteristics with rational drug use so as to ensure the safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine injections for patients.
