摘要
矿井中的装、卸载设备是用于矿井中煤料运输、上下人员、材料运送等工作的重要设施,其控制系统及提升信号发送装置的可靠运行直接关系到煤料运送的安全生产.本文以S7-200PLC为控制核心设计了主井中装、卸载控制与提升信号系统,各站间通过发送不同的脉冲代表不同的动作,用软件程序检测比较保证系统中装、卸载信号发送与接收的一致性.该控制系统所用网络设备资源少,程序设计简单、实用,在中小型煤矿中得到了广泛的应用.
This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-200 PLC in mine loading-unloading control andsignal device. It focuses on the structural components, the function and the unique control methods of the sys-tem. The control system ensures the project safety, credibility and accuracy.
