摘要
针对再生高模量沥青混合料,结合当前沥青路面使用过程中普遍存在的车辙和疲劳开裂等问题,以法国高模量沥青混合料性能评价体系为依托,采用温拌再生技术成型试件,通过试验测试来分析再生高模量沥青混合料劲度模量的影响因素。该试验分析中的配合比设计采用AC-20C的级配中值,外掺剂分别为EC120和硫酸钙晶须(CSW),沥青回收旧料掺量分别为0,40%,50%和60%,采用全试验的方法共开展8组试验。研究结果表明:试验加载频率越高,其劲度模量就越大,并成对数关系变化;针对同一种外掺剂,15℃时的劲度模量和相位角成反比例关系;劲度模量随旧料掺量的不同而变化,当旧料掺量为50%时,劲度模量有最大值;硫酸钙晶须对于提高温拌再生沥青混合料模量的使用效果要比EC120更加显著。
For the regeneration of high modulus asphalt mixture,combining with the rutting and fatigue cracking and other issues in current prevalent use of asphalt pavement,based on the French high modulus asphalt mixture performance evaluation system, the test specimens are made by warm mix renewable technologies,the influencing factors of stiffness modulus of renewable high modulus asphalt mixture is analysed by experimental method. In the experimental analysis,the designed mix proportion adopts AC- 20 C grading median,the additives are EC120 and calcium sulfate whisker,the RAP contents are 0,40%,50%and 60% respectively,8 experiments are carried out by full test method. The result shows that( 1) the higher the frequency of test load,the greater the stiffness modulus and it shows logarithmic change;( 2) for the same kind of additive, the stiffness modulus is inversely proportional to phase angle at 15 ℃;( 3) stiffness modulus varies with RAP content,when the RAP content is 50%,the stiffness modulus has a maximum value;( 4) the effect of calcium sulfate whisker for improving the modulus of regenerated WMA is more significant than that of EC120.
