摘要
EQ自动焊焊接系统在白车身焊接线上应用较为广泛,以ST21电阻焊控制器为研究对象,通过利用ST21电阻焊控制器不同方式的系统搭建,可以实施建立"一机一枪、一机四枪、一机多枪"不同组合的EQ焊钳自动焊焊接系统,并且可以配套实现多套焊接参数进行焊接生产。
The EQ automatic resistance spot welding system was been widely used in the white body weling line.By study the ST21 TIMER different system build,these EQ automatic resistance spot welding system what one TIMER to one EQ gun,or one TIMER to four EQ guns,or one TIMER to most EQ guns,can be builid.and the EQ automatic resistance spot welding system have different welding processes.
