摘要
目的对高血压性脑血管病患者的综合护理效果进行临床观察。方法选择于我院进行治疗的高血压性脑出血患者80例并分为2组,对照组使用一般的护理手段,实验组使用综合护理手段,对比两组患者的病情恢复情况。结果实验组患者的生活品质明显提高,护理的总有效率高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论对高血压性脑血管病患者采用综合护理的方式进行护理,能够增强疗效,提高生活品质。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral vascular diseases. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diseases were treated in our hospital, the control group used the general nursing means, the experimental group used comprehensive nursing measures, compared the patient＇s condition between the two groups. Results The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved, the total efficiency of nursing was also greater than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion Patients with hypertensive cerebral vascular diseases receiving comprehensive nursing care can increase the treatment effect, and improve the quality of life.
