摘要
目的分析输液泵在静脉滴注宫缩素引产中的应用与护理效果。方法选取我院收治的90例产妇为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,产程时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输液泵静脉滴注缩宫素引产,并配合优质护理,能增强宫缩,提高输液效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect and nursing of infusion pump in intravenous infusion of oxytocin in labor induction. Methods Selected 90 cases of maternal in our hospital as the research object, divided into control group and observation group, compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the duration of labor was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Infusion pump intravenous infusion of shrinkage oxytocin induction of labor and high-quality care, can increase contraction of the uterus, improve the effect of infusion.
