摘要
目的分析临床护理路径应用于白内障手术中的效果。方法回顾性选取我院145例白内障手术治疗患者临床资料,分为观察组(75例)和对照组(70例),前者给予临床护理路径,后者给予传统诊疗护理模式。结果观察组恢复效率优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护理满意度97.34%,高于对照组护理满意度78.57%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径应用于白内障手术中疗效确切,能有效促进白内障患者病情恢复。
Objective Analysis the effct of clinical nursing pathway used in cataract surgery. Methods Take our hospital 145 cases of cataract surgery clinical data of patients, divided into observation group（75 cases） and control group（70 cases）, clinical care given to the former path, which give the traditional medical model of care. Results Recovery efficiency of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）, and the observation group treatment satisfaction 97.34% was significantly higher than the control group 78.57%, the difference statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Using clinical nursing path used in cataract surgery is effective, can effectively promote the disease cataract patients recover, worthy of clinical care applications.
