摘要
目的探讨对左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术患者实施优质服务的护理措施的效果。方法按照护理方式的不同,将102例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术患者分为研究组和对照组,比较两组患者临床治疗以及护理服务满意度。结果研究组住院时间、不良反应发生率以及对护理服务满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务对左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术患者护理效果良好,可有效缩短住院时间、减少不良反应发生、提高满意度。
Objective Discuss the nursing effect of acute obstruction of left colon cancer and acute intestinal obstruction who undergoing stage Ⅰ surgery. Methods According to different ways of care, 102 cases of left colon and acute intestinal obstruction who underwent stage Ⅰ surgery were divided into study group and control group, and compared the two groups of patients in clinical treatment and care satisfaction. Results In study group, hospitalization time, incidence of adverse reactions and nursing service satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Quality care for the stage Ⅰ surgery in patients with acute obstruction of the left colon patients care benefits obviously, it can effectively shorten the hospital stay, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, clinical application value.
