摘要
目的探究消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期管理效果。方法选取我院2014年9月~2016年2月消化内科内镜微创治疗患者120例,根据患者入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规方法进行围术期管理,观察组进行规范化围术期管理,观察两组效果并进行对比。结果观察组总满意率98.33%,高于对照组83.33%,护理文书质量达标率88.33%,高于对照组71.66%,临床护理实效达标率96.67%,高于对照组73.33%,组间比较,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论进行规范化围手术期管理能减少不抗反应发生情况,提高护理的满意度,并提高护理质量达标率。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized perioperative nursing for patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in digestion department. Methods 120 patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2016 were grouping into the control group using conventional methods of perioperative management, and the observation group using standardized perioperative management, observed the effect of the two groups and compared. Results In the observation group, the total satisfaction rate of 98.33% was higher than that of the control group which was 83.33%, the quality of nursing documents compliance rate was 88.33%, which was higher than that of the control group, which was 71.66%, the effectiveness of clinical nursing compliance rate was 96.67%, higher than that of the control group, which was 73.33%, P0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The standardized perioperative management can reduce anti reactions, improve nursing satisfaction, and improve the quality of care standards.
