摘要
目的探讨综合护理对股骨转子间骨折患者术后的影响。方法选取我院2014年9月~2015年10月股骨转子间骨折患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组加用综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果对照组的疼痛感和焦虑度高于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组的患者满意度低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能有效减少股骨转子间骨折患者的疼痛度和焦虑感,提高满意度和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with intertrochanteric fracture after operation. Methods 84 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and reference group, 42 cases in each group. Referring to conventional care group, the treatment group received integrated care,compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The pain and anxiety in the reference group were significantly higher than that in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The patients satisfaction in the reference group were significantly lower than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the degree of pain and anxiety in patients with intertrochanteric fracture, increase patient satisfaction, improve the quality of life of patients.
