摘要
目的研究对冠状动脉介入手术患者实施导管室风险管理对手术安全性的影响。方法选取我院收治的88例冠状动脉介入手术治疗患者,随机分为两组,分别采用常规护理与导管室风险管理模式,对比患者术中收缩压、舒张压状态。结果实施常规护理的对照组血压高于实施导管室风险管理的观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠状动脉介入手术中加强导管室风险管理,能够有效控制患者术中血压状况,提升手术安全性。
Objective To study the effect of risk management on the safety of operation in patients undergoing coronary artery interventional surgery. Methods Selected 88 cases of coronary artery interventional surgery patients in our hospital, randomly divided into two groups, routine nursing and catheter risk management models were used to compare the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Results Compared with the control group, the control group with routine nursing care was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Coronary artery interventional surgery can strengthen the international risk management and effectively control patients with intraoperative blood pressure condition, improve the safety of operation.
