摘要
夹具作为机载设备振动实验的关键部件之一,直接影响环境振动实验的成功与否。基于有限元仿真方法,对一种机载设备振动实验夹具进行了优化设计。利用正弦扫频试验测试了优化后的结构模态,验证了仿真分析结果,误差不超过10%。这种优化设计方法可供其他设备振动夹具优化设计参考。
Being one of the key parts in the vibration test of the airborne equipment, the fixture directly effects whether the vi-bration test is successful. Based on the finite element analysis ( FEA) , this paper optimized a fixture of airborne equipment. The first mode of the optimized fixture structure was tested by a sine sweep test. And the error between the FEA result and the test result was under 10%. This optimizing method would provide useful reference for vibration fixtures of equipment.
