摘要
[目的]探讨小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预预防奥施康定所致便秘的效果。[方法]将200例晚期肺癌口服奥施康定镇痛治疗病人随机分为两组各100例,对照组给予镇痛药物治疗及常规护理,干预组在其基础上给予小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预,比较两组病人干预7d、10d、28d便秘发生率,干预前后生命质量(QLQ-LC43)评分。[结果]干预组病人干预7d、10d、28d便秘发生率均低于对照组,干预后QLQ-LC43除经济状况外,其余项目评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预有效降低了口服奥施康定止痛治疗肺癌病人便秘的发生,提高病人的生命质量。
Objective：To probe into the effect of acupoint application with Xiao Yuzi oil meridian flowing combined with traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention in prevention of constipation caused by AoshiKangding.Methods：A total of 200 patients with advanced lung cancer receiving taking orally Aoshikangding for analgesic therapy were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each,the patients in control group received routine nursing and analgesic drug treatment,the patients in intervention group were also given Xiao Yuzi oil meridian flowing acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention,the incidence of constipation were compared in two groups for seventh days,tenth days,twenty-eighth day after the intervention,and the quality of life was compared by using the（QLQ-LC43）score before and after intervention.Results：The incidence of constipation for seventh days,tenth days,twenty-eighth day after the intervention was lower than that in control group,in addition to economic performance,the scores of QLQ-LC43 after intervention were better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：acupoint application with Xiao Yuzi oil meridian flowing combined with traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention could reduce the occurrence of constipation in patients with advanced lung cancer by taking orally Aoshikangding for analgesic therapy and enhance the patient＇s quality of life.
