摘要
《金匮要略》诸方对于非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病因病机、治疗都有一定的认识,其治疗涉及到清利湿热、化瘀消癥、温阳化饮、调和肝脾诸法。所载方剂茵陈蒿汤、茵陈五苓散、鳖甲煎丸、大黄虫丸、苓桂术甘汤、当归芍药散等至今仍为临床治疗肝病的基础方。
The herbs of Jingui Yaolue have certain understanding on etiology,pathogenesis and treatments of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. The therapeutic methods included eliminating dampness and heat,activating blood and dissolving stasis,warming yang and resolving phlegm,harmonizing liver and spleen and so on. Nowdays,Yinchenhao Decoction,Yinchen Wuling Powder,Biejiajian Pill,Dahuang Zhechong Pill,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Danggui Shaoyao Powder are still the basic prescription in treating liver disease.
