摘要
通过对美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎引起药物热的病例分析,结合中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及Pub Med等数据库文献复习,加强对由美沙拉嗪引起的少见的药物热的不良反应的认识,临床医师在今后的治疗中应对此予以重视,以保证用药安全.
Here we report a case of drug fever caused by mesalazine for ulcerative colitis and performed a literature review to strengthen the understanding of such rare side effect of mesalazine. Clinicians should raise their awareness of this rare side effect of mesalazine to ensure medication safety.
