多移运方式钻井液模块的研制 被引量:6

摘要 钻井液系统需配置的设备多而重,而且设备间的管线多而杂,造成移运车次繁多,安装拆卸费时费力。鉴于此,研制了多种移运方式钻井液模块。该钻井液模块在丛式井钻井时,利用步进装置实现短距离整体步进移运;在远距离搬家时,为获得良好的通过性和较快的移运速度,模块经简单拆装分块后采用轮式移运系统实现快速搬家。现场试验结果表明,该模块整体和分块搬家性能良好,也验证了设计方案的合理性和先进性。多移运方式钻井液模块移运及安装对接不需要任何吊装设备,拆装方便,对接快速,简化了操作程序,提高了转场效率。 The traditional mud system configured with excessive and heavy devices and complex pipelines be?tween them often results in heavy transportation work, time?consuming and labor?intensive installation and disassem?bly, and furthermore a shorten equipment life?To address the issue, a mud module with variety of transportation ways has been developed?During cluster well drilling, the mud module could use stepping transport device for short distance transport?For long?distance transportation, to obtain good throughput capacity and rapid transport speed, the mud module could be simply disassembled and divided and using the wheeled transport system to realize fast move?The transportation and installation of the mud module does not require any lifting equipment, which has easy accessibility, quick docking, simplified operation procedures, thus improving the efficiency of transportation.
